Ms. Anne Wilson is the Nasfund’s General Manager Member & Employer Services.
She joined the Fund on 18 May 2020.
Anne possesses a wealth of Fund Admin and leadership experience, she shares our vision of building a world-class superannuation fund for Papua New Guineans.
Before joining Nasfund, Anne was Head of Superannuation Services at Aon Master Trust, another Approved Superannuation Fund in PNG. Prior to this, she was head of the Aon Hewitt Fund Administration, who were Nasfund Fund Administrators from May 2002 until June 2017.
She has a wealth of Fund Admin and leadership experience, which aligns with the Fund’s Board strategic objective of enhancing our outsourced Fund Administration relationship.
Anne holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of PNG, a Bachelors Degree in Business from Southern Cross University, Australia (Affiliated to IBS) and a Diploma in Accounting from University of Technology.
Debbie recently joined Nasfund as the General Manager for Finance and Administration in July 2023. Before joining Nasfund, she was an Assurance & Advisory partner with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Management from the Pacific Adventist University.
With over 16 years of experience in external audit and finance, Debbie has worked across the Pacific Region and throughout Australia. She has also worked in the UK. Her experience spans across various industries in both the private and public sectors.
Debbie is a Fellow CPA PNG, and a Member of the Australian Institute of Directors. She also sits on the council of CPA PNG.
Doris was appointed General Manager Legal on 1 November 2023, after previously serving as Company Secretary from 1 November 2020. Prior to that, she occupied the Manager Legal position from 20 October 2014.
Doris is a seasoned legal professional with over 25 years experience in litigation and commercial law. She began her career with Blake Dawson Waldron (now Ashurst Lawyers). Before joining Nasfund, Doris spent eight years with Steamships Trading Company Ltd, following a three-year tenure with the Department of Treasury.
Doris holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of Papua New Guinea, a Master of Law from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia, and a Master of Business Administration from Divine Word University.
Mr. Rajeev Sharma is the CEO of Nasfund.
Prior to his appointment as CEO on April 1, 2023, he served as the Fund's Chief Operating Officer.
Rajeev joined the Fund on 16 October 2014 as Chief Financial Officer.
With over 30 years of experience of working with big corporates, multinational companies and financial institutions, Rajeev has held senior roles in PNG since 2002, as well as in India and Middle East.
He holds a bachelor's degree with Honours in Commerce from Delhi University, India. Rajeev has professional accounting degree of Chartered Accountant from India and CPA from Australia. Rajeev is also a member of CPA (PNG ).
Rajeev is a graduate of Australian Institute of Company Directors, and a member of Papua New Guinea Institute of Directors
He is also an active member of the PNG Accounting professional body and India Association of PNG.
Leon joined the Board on January 1, 2018, and serves as a representative director for the PNG Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He is a current member of both the Membership Committee and the Remuneration and Nominations Committee.
Bringing 30 years of experience in the financial sector, Leon was the Managing Director of Nambawan Super (formerly POSF) from 2002 to 2011 during its early transformation phase, and has served on the boards of ANZ PNG and Credit Corporation. He is employed by Santos PNG and holds the position of PNG Country Chair.
Leon graduated from the PNG University of Technology with a Commerce Degree and obtained his Master of Business Administration from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.
Florence was appointed on the 01st of January 2019 as the representative director of the Employers’ Federation of PNG (EFPNG), and currently serves as chair of the Membership Committee and a member of both the Audit and Risk and Compliance Committees.
She has extensive experience in human resources management, industrial relations and labour and employment law, and is currently the Executive Director of EFPNG, being highly regarded in the sector from being involved in negotiations between industry and the unions.
Florence holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Papua New Guinea.
Anthony joined the Board on the 24th of February 2020 as an Independent Director and was Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee, until November 2023. He was elected Deputy Chairman in October 2022 and currently is a member of the Investment Committee and the Risk and Compliance Committee.
Anthony served as Deputy Secretary for Economic and Fiscal Policy with the Department of Treasury until 2015 and was also the Macroeconomic and Fiscal Policy Advisor with the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister & Minister for Treasury until 2018.
An economist by profession, Anthony holds degrees in economics from the University of Buckingham and Oxford University, both in the United Kingdom.

The FUND encourages all employers to remit members contributions at the 15th day of each calendar month.
You cannot withdraw your funds from Nasfund. You will have to transfer your Funds from Nasfund to your current contributing Superfund (Nambawan Super).
