Jamie-Lee Loh joined Nasfund as Company Secretary of in March 2024. She previously held the position of Legal Services Officer at BSP Financial Group Ltd, where she served until her resignation as Acting Company Secretary, effective 29 February 2024, to take on her current role at Nasfund.
Lisa joined Nasfund in October 2015 as Risk and Compliance Manager, before taking up the role of Finance Manager. In 2022 she was appointed Head of Internal Audit, before being appointed in September 2023 to her currentposition as Chief Risk Officer.
She is an experienced accounting, audit and risk professional with over two decades of experience, including 11 years with Big 4 firms PwC and Deloitte, and 4 years with homegrown second tier firm Gore Accountants & Business Advisors.
Lisa has a degree in Business (Accounting), CPA PNG certification, an MBA from Torrens University, and is also a professional member of PNGID and AICD.
There are several factors that may lead to a member having more than (1) one account.
It is very important to advise your payroll officer of your membership number as soon as you join a new company or employment.
It is not ok to have more than ONE account. You must immediately Merge all your accounts to your original account number. A member must always have ONE account no matter how many companies he/she has worked for.

Please go to your nearest Nambawan Super branch and ask an officer to assist with the process to transfer your funds.
You will have to go through the same process as withdrawing your FUNDs. You must provide all documents as required for withdrawal, however on the full withdrawal application form, you will mark the box where it states ‘ transfer ’ .
Note: You must already be a contributing member to the superfund that you would want to transfer your funds to.
A lawyer with nine years’ experience in civil, commercial, and administrative law, Maryanne continues to develop her expertise as a Trainee Director.
She attained her Bachelor of Laws degree with honours from the University of Papua New Guinea in 2013, undertook post graduate legal training at the Legal Training Institute in 2014 and was admitted to practice law in 2015.
Maryanne is currently the Principal Legal Officer of the National Capital District Commission (NCDC). Prior to joining NCDC, she was employed with the law firm Dentons PNG, where she began her legal career in 2015 and worked her way up to the position of Senior Associate in 2020 which she held until 2023.
Maryanne is a member of the PNG Institute of Directors, PNG Women Lawyers Association and the Young Professionals Network.
A Senior Program Manager with the Australian High Commission, her role is focused on strengthening PNG’s subnational governance.
A Master of Public Health graduate from the University of Melbourne specializing in Epidemiology and Program Evaluation. She is an Australia Awards Alumni 2019 and was awarded the Alison Sudrajat Prize. She has Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science from University of Western Australia.
She is currently working in development and describes her role as using a public health lens to design, develop, implement, and evaluate, sustainable evidence-based programs for resource-limited settings in Papua New Guinea.
She is a passionate advocate for Women in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM).
Andrew joined the Board as an Independent Director on the 16th of December 2023, and currently serves as chair of the Risk and Compliance Committee and a member of the Investment Committee.
An experienced IT professional, Andrew has accumulated executive technology roles across a range of industries including the Big Four, oil and gas, shipping, insurance and health, within PNG, Australia and the Pacific.
He holds a Master of Business Administration specializing in digital business from the Australian Institute of Business, a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from the PNG University of Technology, in addition to various global industry certifications. Andrew is also a graduate of the Nasfund Trainee Directorship Program and was part of the 2018 cohort.
