You will have to go through the same process as withdrawing your FUNDs. You must provide all documents as required for withdrawal, however on the full withdrawal application form, you will mark the box where it states ‘ transfer ’ .

Note: You must already be a contributing member to the superfund that you would want to transfer your funds to.

Maryanne Tusais

A lawyer with nine years’ experience in civil, commercial, and administrative law, Maryanne continues to develop her expertise as a Trainee Director.

She attained her Bachelor of Laws degree with honours from the University of Papua New Guinea in 2013, undertook post graduate legal training at the Legal Training Institute in 2014 and was admitted to practice law in 2015.

Maryanne is currently the Principal Legal Officer of the National Capital District Commission (NCDC). Prior to joining NCDC, she was employed with the law firm Dentons PNG, where she began her legal career in 2015 and worked her way up to the position of Senior Associate in 2020 which she held until 2023. 

Maryanne is a member of the PNG Institute of Directors, PNG Women Lawyers Association and the Young Professionals Network.

Euodia Mosoro

A Senior Program Manager with the Australian High Commission, her role is focused on strengthening PNG’s subnational governance.

A Master of Public Health graduate from the University of Melbourne specializing in Epidemiology and Program Evaluation. She is an Australia Awards Alumni 2019 and was awarded the Alison Sudrajat Prize. She has Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science from University of Western Australia. 

She is currently working in development and describes her role as using a public health lens to design, develop, implement, and evaluate, sustainable evidence-based programs for resource-limited settings in Papua New Guinea.

She is a passionate advocate for Women in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM).

Andrew Kitum

Andrew joined the Board as an Independent Director on the 16th of December 2023, and currently serves as chair of the Risk and Compliance Committee and a member of the Investment Committee. 

An experienced IT professional, Andrew has accumulated executive technology roles across a range of industries including the Big Four, oil and gas, shipping, insurance and health, within PNG, Australia and the Pacific. 

He holds a Master of Business Administration specializing in digital business from the Australian Institute of Business, a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from the PNG University of Technology, in addition to various global industry certifications. Andrew is also a graduate of the Nasfund Trainee Directorship Program and was part of the 2018 cohort.

Chey Scovell

Joined on March 1, 2023, representing the Manufacturers Council of PNG. Chey is the council’s CEO and a member to the Investment Committee.

He is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience at the intersection of business, government, and policy across Papua New Guinea and Australia. Chey brings deep expertise in trade, regulatory reform, infrastructure, and private sector development. Renowned for shaping public policy and economic strategy, Chey builds trusted networks across government, industry, and civil society to drive sustainable development and inclusive growth.

Global & Regional Engagement
Chey has held over 40 board, committee, and advisory roles, and has led national task forces driving reforms in tax, procurement, public finance, infrastructure, health, education, and standards.

He has represented Papua New Guinea and the Pacific Islands in key trade and policy forums in APEC, ABAC, WTO, ACP, MSG, PACER+, USMFT, PIFS and PICTA, and has played pivotal roles in bilateral engagements with Australia, the EU and UK, US, Indonesia, China and ASEAN.

Academic & Technical Expertise
Chey holds a Master of Business Law, a Bachelor of Asian Studies/International Business and specialist qualifications in export management, public finance, and procurement.

Christopher Elphick

Christopher joined the Board on the 01st of October 2022 as an Independent Director. He is currently chair of the Investment Committee and a member of the Remuneration and Nominations Committee. 

Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business Management from the University of Surrey in the United Kingdom, with majors in Marketing and Management. He is an alumnus of the United World College of South East Asia. Christopher is a proud graduate of the Nasfund Trainee Directorship Program, having been part of the 2014 cohort. 

He is also chair of Nasfund Contributors’ Savings & Loans Society (NCSL) and a director of Transparency International (PNG) Incorporated.

Michael Murphy

Michael was appointed to the Board on the 11th of July 2019 as an Independent Director. He is currently chair of the Audit Committee and is a member of the Investment Committee. 

Aside from being a director, Michael runs his own superannuation and actuarial consulting firm in Australia. A qualified actuary, he has over 40 years of superannuation and consulting experience with Aon (most recently as an Asia / Pacific Partner), Mercer and AMP. 

He also has over 15 years of experience on superannuation trustee boards in both Australia and PNG.
