CLIENT SERVICE OFFICER (KOKOPO BRANCH)

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making a meaningful impact in your community? NASFUND is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Client Service Officer to join our team in Kokopo Branch, New Britain Province.

As a Client Service Officer, you will:

• Screen and process withdrawal claims (partial/full, death/medical, housing advance) in line with superannuation policies.
• Attending to General Customer Enquires through Walk-ins, Emails, Phones
• Support the registration of new voluntary contribution members through proactive engagement.
• Conduct client interviews to ensure accurate and secure pay-outs.
• Provide prompt advice and solutions on NASFUND products and services.
• Collaborate with the Immediate Supervisor and team to share knowledge and reduce workload.

We’re looking for someone with:

•  A Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Sales, or Marketing
• Good leadership and interpersonal and Problem-Solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• A proactive, innovative mindset and adaptability to change.
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Location & Benefits

• Location: Kokopo, East New Britain Province
• Housing: Corporate accommodation is not provided, but a housing allowance will be offered to the successful candidate.
